In this section you can send a request for an
appointment on a particular day and time. Your request will be processed
by a member of staff at the end of each working day and will be
replied to (via email) within 24 hours. Your request will be replied
to, regardless weather the chosen date and time is available or
not.
Cosmo Dental Practice cannot guarantee availability
of appointments, unless made a week in advance. We recommend that
upon agreeing to an appointment, to contact the surgery (by phone)
and confirm your time with our receptionists.

is required by our staff to process your request and reply appropriately.
